CREW TRANSFER & WORKBOAT OPERATIONS

Tharros Marittima S.r.l. provides boat transfer and maritime support services for ships at anchor and for port operations in the Gulf of Oristano and offshore.

The service includes the transport of technical personnel, crews, materials, and equipment between the port and ships at anchor, ensuring operational continuity and safety during operations.

Operational Services

Operations and Authorizations

Operations are carried out by qualified maritime personnel holding STCW certifications and international maritime safety training.

The service is provided under a concession in the Port of Oristano, in accordance with the authorizations issued by the Maritime Authority for the transport of people and materials to and from ships at anchor.

The maritime personnel hold STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) certifications, in accordance with the IMO Convention, which defines the international training and safety requirements for shipboard personnel.

The certifications include courses in safety, firefighting, first aid, and emergency management, ensuring operations in line with international maritime standards.
